Well, today was a fairly crappy day.

First I discovered someone in Canada has been withdrawing money from my account for the past 2 weeks. Then after getting that sorted out I had to go to Utrecht to represent Agendia at an all day meeting, where I gave a presentation about colorectal cancer, something I know nothing about. I couldnt answer any of the questions I got asked and looked fairly stupid.

Then the traffic back was a nightmare - took me 2hrs to get back to Amsterdam. Admittedly I did get lost and think I took the longest possible route, but still.

Grrr…

 The only redeeming element of the day was that the meeting in Utrecht was at the University Medical Centre, in one of the most amazing buildings I think I've ever seen. I snapped some pics below…

Also, the woman who was going to do some cleaning for me has disappeared. After turning up on tuesday with no ID, I asked her to come back today with at least a passport. No show, no returning phone calls or messages, so I guess she wasnt exactly planning on doing a lot of cleaning had i left her here by herself on tuesday.

Aren't people just so nice sometimes?
