This is just some miscellaneous clips from my trip to Denver, Seattle and Vancouver last month.
I think I enjoy making/editing videos more than photos now, so next time I think I’ll put more emphasis on recording video, rather than only making them when the camera has been accidentally left on ‘video’ mode.

Also, blogging when drunk, on dancefloor, probably not my finest idea!

Day 1 of the conference and shock of all shocks, I’m really enjoying it.
Today I went to sessions about epidemiology, clinical trial design and careers in translational research - and stayed awake and interested all day! That is very possibly a first, in 10 years of conference attendance.

One of my regular podcasts, Only In New York, is trying to make the case for a similarity between Amsterdam and New York City.

Unfortunately, no, this post is not about a sequel to the timeless, classic piece of cinema – nee, art – that is Showgirls.
It is however about the opening scene of a craptastic cable reality-dance-show that my friend Dane recently gave me a heads-up about (“Step It Up And Dance”). It was co-hosted by the up-till-now-hiding-in-shame More >

Once upon a time, in the heady days of my youth, I declared I was only ever going to associate (in the bible sense) with models and celebrities. Whilst that proved to be a somewhat unattainable goal, I apparently to have one soon-to-be-super-famous friend, David Raleigh. Ok, we’re not dating, but I still know him!
